Record or capture your screen.
Choose Recording for conversations or Screenshot recognition for on-screen content. Change the mode in 1Press settings when you need to switch.
Choose Recording in settings.
Install 1Press and complete the button and shortcut setup. In the app settings, choose Recording as the button function.
Press to start. Press again to save.
The button opens 1Press and starts a recording. Follow the recording status in the app. Press the button again, or use Stop recording, to save it.
Read the transcript and notes.
Open the saved recording in Favorites. After processing, read the transcript, replay a moment, or switch to AI notes for a summary and key points.
Check and save the follow-ups.
Review the suggested action items at the bottom of AI notes. Edit or select the ones you need, then add them to Tasks. Nothing is added automatically.

In the app settings, set the button function to Screenshot recognition. The same button now follows your screenshot shortcut.

A message you need to answer. An idea you want to keep. A detail that should become a task. The shortcut captures your screen and brings it into 1Press.
Review, edit and use the result.
Choose a reply to copy, save a note, or check a task before adding it. Replies are not sent automatically.
