Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to the 1Press mobile application, website, and related services. The mobile application is provided by Beijing CoCo Cute Technology Co., Ltd. The online store is operated by HONGKONG COCO CUTE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and hosted on Shopify. References to 1Press, we, us, or our refer to the relevant provider of the service you use.

Information we process

Account information

When you create or use an account, we process information such as your name, email address, and account or user identifier. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide a relay email address instead of your personal email address.

Content you choose to share

When you deliberately invoke 1press, we process the content you submit so we can provide the requested feature. This may include screen images, photos or videos, text from messages or emails, other content you choose to provide, and text or structured information derived from that content.

Content you choose to save

If you confirm that you want to save a result, we store information needed to provide that feature, such as notes, tasks, drafts, saved content, and preferences used to personalize future results.

Website, analytics, and support information

If you join a waitlist or contact us, we process the information you submit, such as your email address and message. Our website infrastructure processes basic browser, language, approximate country, and security information needed to operate and protect the site. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics processes usage, device, browser, and interaction information to help us understand site traffic.

Phone-model interest registration

If you register interest in a phone model, we store your email address, requested model, language, and registration time with Cloudflare for up to 180 days. This is not a preorder and does not subscribe you to marketing messages. You can withdraw using the private link shown after registration or email contact@cocoaiagent.com. We do not send your registration email or private withdrawal token to our website analytics.

Shop orders and payments

Our website currently accepts free interest registrations only, with no payments or orders. When ordering becomes available, Shopify and the payment providers used at checkout process the contact, shipping, billing, and payment information needed to complete and fulfill your purchase, under their applicable privacy terms. We use order details to arrange shipping, customer support, and App membership delivery where included. We do not receive your full payment card number.

How we use information

We use personal information only as reasonably necessary to:

• provide, maintain, personalize, and secure the Services;
• understand your request and generate the response or action you selected;
• create and manage your account and saved content;
• process shop orders, deliver purchased memberships, and provide customer support;
• measure website performance when you consent to analytics;
• detect misuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your content for targeted advertising, and we do not track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.

AI processing and service providers

To generate results, 1press sends the content needed for your request to AI service providers, including OpenRouter and the model providers selected through it. These providers process the content on our behalf to return a result. Our OpenRouter integration is configured not to retain request content, and we do not permit AI service providers to use your content to train general-purpose AI models.

We also use vendors for hosting, authentication, storage, communications, analytics, payments, and security. They may process information only to provide services to us and are subject to contractual or legal obligations designed to protect it.

How long we keep information

Temporary AI request content, including screen images and text derived from them, is automatically deleted from our systems within three days unless you explicitly choose to save it.

Content you choose to save is kept while your account remains active or until you delete the content or your account. Waitlist information is kept while needed to provide waitlist updates or until you ask us to delete it. Transaction records are kept as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We may retain limited information for longer when required by law or needed to resolve disputes and protect the Services.

Cookies and your choices

The website uses necessary local storage or similar technology to remember your language and cookie preference. Google Analytics runs only according to the choice presented in our cookie banner. You can change or clear browser storage and cookie settings through your browser. Blocking necessary storage may cause preferences not to persist.

When information may be disclosed

We may disclose personal information only:

• to service providers described above, so they can perform services for us;
• when you direct us to share information or otherwise give consent;
• to comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety;
• as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage or delete saved content in the app and can initiate account deletion from within the app.

You may also send a request to contact@cocoaiagent.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may contact us at the same address to withdraw from the website waitlist.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

1press and its service providers may process information in countries or regions other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without authorization from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal information in a manner that does not comply with applicable law, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services or applicable laws change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when required.
